Computer Support Representative

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to our clients by telephone, email, on-site and remote support.
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
  • Assist in developing support processes within the organization
  • Maintain knowledge base articles

Requirement & Experience:

  • High school or above
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 95/98/XP/2000 and Linux OS, Microsoft Office and other applications
  • Strong knowledge in networking / LAN / WAN / Internet
  • Hardware knowledge
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Professional work attitude
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly
  • Self-motivation
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • A+ or MCSE Certification
  • Fluency in English, other languages are plus

Sales Consultant

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sell existing products and services to inquiring accounts
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Build relationships with accounts through a consultative selling approach
  • Prospect for new business opportunities by developing referral channels and cold calling
  • Maintain relationships with existing referral partners

Requirement & Experience:

  • High school or above
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English, other languages are plus
  • Goal oriented
